CLINTON COUNTY —A juvenile was injured in an accident just after 11a.m. Sunday in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2010 GMC Sierra driven by a 34-year-old from Lathrop was eastbound and attempted to make a left turn onto MO 33 two miles east of Lathrop.

The GMC pulled into the path of a northbound 2003 Dodge 2500 driven by a 35-year-old Plattsburg man.  The Dodge struck the drivers side of the GMC.

Tri-County EMS transported an 8-year-old boy in the Dodge to Children’s Mercy. The drivers were not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
