DAVIESS COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 2p.m. Tuesday in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2024 Chevy 2500 driven by a 52-year-old man from Gallatin was southbound on MO 13 at Route M four and one half miles south of Gallatin.

The driver attempted to turn east onto Rote M and struck a northbound 2005 Ford 500 driven by a 40-year-old woman from Gallatin.  The impact pushed the Ford into the front of a 2022 Ford Explorer driven by a 42-year-old woman from Chillicothe, that was stationary on Route M at MO 13.

Daviess County EMS transported a 60-year-old male passenger in the Ford to Liberty Hospital. The drivers were not injured. All four were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
