ANDREW COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 12:30p.m. Monday in Andrew County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2027 Nissan Sentra driven by a 24-year-old Highland, Kansas man was northbound on Interstate 229 near the 14 mile marker. The driver lost control on the wet road.

The car traveled off the west side of the road and overturned.

Andrew County EMS transported the driver to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
