ATCHISON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 5p.m. Monday in Atchison.

A 2014 Chevrolet SUV driven by Kyesha Cluke, 44, Atchison, was northbound on 9th Street in the City of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.

A 2021 Lincoln SUV driven by Kathryn Barr, Atchison, was southbound on 9th Street and was making a left turn onto Atchison Street. The vehicles were involved at the intersection.

EMS transported Cluke to Amberwell Hospital for examination. Police released no additional details.
